Modern technology has changed how we manage public health. There are both good and bad effects of this change, and I will discuss these points.

However, there are some problems too. Many people spend too much time on computers and phones, which can hurt their eyes and backs. Children don’t play outside as much as before because they prefer video games. This can make them unhealthy and overweight.
